Your tasks and responsibilities
As the Secondary School Principal, you serve as the academic and operational leader for the Secondary School (Grades 6–12), overseeing the pedagogical team within this division. Your role involves full responsibility for managing and administering all aspects of the instructional program, along with coordinating shared school facilities. You provide leadership, administrative, and supervisory support to foster the academic development of students and actively promote engagement with parents and the broader community.
As a member of the school leadership team, you work collaboratively to uphold high standards and nurture a culture of thoughtful inquiry focused on effective strategies, structures, approaches, and educational innovations.
