Contract: part-time (25 h/week), initially fixed-term for 2 years followed by the option of a subsequent employment contract with an infinite duration
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all organisational and administrative tasks at the LISK. Her/his responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail distribution, maintaining files and records and performing data entry. The position holder is the first contact person for all parents, educators and local authorities and takes care of all matters that come together at the front desk. S/he ensures that the kindergarten day runs in an orderly and organised manner and always has an open ear for families and staff.
